These bodywork sessions with Megan encompass a range of techniques and therapies tailored to each client and their requirements. A combination session that may include kinergetics, craniosacral therapy, energy balance, sound therapy, Ayurvedic oils etc to enhance the vitality and lifeforce of the body and enhance feelings of relaxation and wellbeing. 
We can use these session to focus on a particular problem, or allow them to unfold as needed in the moment.  

An ideal session for anyone but particularly those feeling stuck, lethargic, emotionally drained, anxious, lost or a bit blah!
